Boarding closes at 15 mins before the departure time and seats may be reas-signed/sold.

The full balance of this ticket must be paid prior to the tour or boarding will be refused.

Passengers must be at the departure points on time. No refunds will be given if you overstay and miss the boat.

Sea Adventure reserves the right to cancel or change routes as well as start and end locations when weather conditions, shallows or other legitimate reasons so require.

Tickets are not transferable. Alterations will be charged.

Refunds will not be given 24hrs prior to departure.

We do not stop at Crystal Lagoon between 1st October and 31st May.

We will only stop in Crystal Lagoon if the sea temperature and/or weather conditions permit.

Viewing the shipwreck is subject to diving operations and sea/sky conditions.

Islander Tourists services contract CitySightSeeing Malta to provide the Round Malta Land Tour as advertised on our website. When purchasing tickets from our website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of CitySightSeeing Malta which are detailed below;

1.      Tickets

All sales are final tickets and cannot be exchanged or money refunded. Tickets to travel obtained from the unauthorized source, stolen, copied illegally or counterfeit will be seized and cancelled without compensation. The ticket to remains the property of Citysightseeing Malta and must be made available for inspection by the guide, driver or any official of the said company on demand. Receipt of the ticket without immediate objection shall be deemed acceptance of the agreement to these terms and conditions.

2.      Price

Only those items on the brochure are to be considered as included  in the price of the tour. Any other items, such as entrances to heritage sites, museums and lunches are not included in the price unless expressly stated.

3.      Personal Belongings

Patrons of the service are requested to take care of their personal belongings while on tour. Citysightseeing Malta shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings during the course of the tour/service. Citysightseeing Malta will make every effort to maintain a regular service but does not guarantee to do so. Citysightseeing Malta shall not in any way be liable to the ticket holder for loss, damage, inconvenience or delay in consequence of any failure, alteration, suspension, cancellation of the route or termination of service.

4.      Third-Party Liability

All open-top double-decker buses are covered with a Third Party Liability insurance as required by the Maltese law.

5.      General Conditions

Patrons of the service are requested to remain seated at all times while the open-top double-decker bus is in motion. The above conditions shall for effects and payments be governed by and according to the laws of Malta. All times and routes may be varied in cases of severe weather conditions or if a disruption occurs because CitySightseeing Malta reserves the right to operate closed buses or minibuses in case of breakdown or bad weather.

Islander Tourists services contract Sunscope Travel to provide the Malta Jeep Tour as advertised on our website. When purchasing tickets from our website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of Sunscope Travel which are detailed below;

Terms & Conditions of Booking

  1. The company is not responsible for any loss of personal property on its outings or left behind in its vehicles.
  2. The company is not responsible for any person being left behind during an outing if this person fails to turn up on the vehicle within a minimum of 10 minutes from the time stipulated by the guide/driver.
  3. In the event of place of interest being closed, every endeavour will be made for suitable alternatives.
  4. The Company shall be entitled at any time prior to the departure of the outing:
    1. To cancel, suspend, alter or withdraw any service booked.
    2. To offer an alternative booking, and if none such booking is available of if such booking is not acceptable to the customer a full refund will be made.
  5. The Company reserves the right to change the order in which places of interest are visited during the course of the outing.
  6. All passengers are full insured on all vehicles.
  7. Child rate applied to children from 2 years till under 12 years of age.

PLEASE NOTE:  When entering churches, decency in dress should be observed. You are kindly requested to cover your shoulders and not to wear shorts or skirts that are too short.
