Very large, spacious apartment with large living area. Extremely clean and modern. Huge fridge/freezer, plys everything you need to go full self catering. Very central, sea front maybe 500m, main bus station maybe 200m and shops/cafes/bars only 500m away yet the apartment is very quiet. Large pool to the rear. Highly recommended.

Matt and his brother were available and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment is next to Bugibba bus station which made it perfect for exploring the island. Matt organised a taxi from the airport for us. Everything as great. Apartment well stocked with kitchenwear, soap, toilet paper.

We had a great stay at Matt's apartment. The check-in and out were really smooth. The apartment has everything you need, even down to herbs & spices for cooking! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

We stayed at Matt's place for 2 weeks and had a great time. The apartment was very well organised and stocked and had all the amenities that we could have needed. It is situated right next to the bus station so great for using the superb public transport system. It was about a ten minute walk away from central Bugibba so close enough to take advantage of what was offer. But far enough away so we weren't bothered by any noise. Would recommend this to anyone.

Beautiful villa in a great location, amenities and facilities are all in walking distance from villa! Ideal for a family or a group... great value for all that it provides! Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Malta

Highly recommend & hope to be back. Ideal for families & older guests as the Bus Station is literally a minute away, close to all the amenities, groceries, shops, cafes & excellent Restaurants. Beach only a short walk. Sunbeds & outside chairs provided. Apartment spacious & cool, Pool super, terrace super. Air-Conditioning, tasteful decor. We had a fabulous time.

Apartment has a perfect location just next to Bugibba bus station and just few steps from the sea. Clean deep pool and nice quiet communial area. Matt was a great host, he answered very quikly and came to help us when we needed to. Apartment is perfect size for 6.

Nice apartment nearby the sea. The location was perfect, you have a bus station very close where you can take buses to anywhere. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area. The apartment is like it seems in the photos and have everything you need. We would repeat indeed.

Very good location, bus station is next to apartment and also the sea was few steps away from apartment. Matt was very helpful and friendly!
